"After traveling for 7 months, eating crap, and drinking endless amounts of wine, I decided it was time to get back on track and shed the wine weight, and after winning 8 weeks of training with Ben there was no better time to start. Actually embarrassed to even put up the picture I took at the start of these 8 weeks hahaha but here goes 🙈....tomorrow is my last week of my 8 week program. 3 sessions a week and a healthy diet. I can't thank Ben enough!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
